I get asked often about my commission rates. When it comes to my full character studies that can get expensive. So I came up with this idea. When I'm developing a series bible I need costume reference and I typically will do something like the example below. Since these are less emotive, don't require as much emotion, or considerations like pose and setting they're pretty easy for me to knock out. I figure this would be a great option for someone who just wants help visualizing their D&D, Dark Heresy, RPG character or OC.
Engirish is my first client to try out the new product with his OC Laura.
As for pricing, I think I'll go with the "what do you think it's worth?" model I use at conventions. I've not tried that out in this forum, so I don't know how effective it will be, and depending on how it goes I might revisit the idea of a set price later. For these I'll accept payment via paypal or Amazon wish-list items. Delivery will be digital as I'll be selling the original artwork at conventions.
